Draft for counsel. This is not a finished policy. [TODO: legal review before launch]
Draft for counsel. When you submit a form on this site, we store what you type: your name, your email, and the message fields on that form.
We also store a consent record: the consent sentence you saw, a hash of that sentence, and the time you accepted it.
If you attach a resume, the site checks its size and discards the file. It is not stored.
Inquiries are read by people at GarageLabs through an access-controlled console. Forms do not send email automatically.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and reports only aggregate numbers such as page views, referrers, and country. It is a property for this site alone. No advertising script is loaded.
Forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you open a form, Cloudflare runs a short check in your browser and sees technical signals such as your IP address and browser details. It is used only to tell people from bots.
Inquiry records stay in this site's own store. They are not shared with our companies or with Artificial Ventures.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, use the general contact form on the about page. [TODO: counsel to confirm retention period and request process]
