How we work
Every company that leaves the garage leaves with a team. Some of that team builds the shared platform at the studio. Some of it goes with the company, from its first users to standing on its own.
We write the spec before the implementation. AI drafts, tests, and reviews code against that spec. People own the result.
Teams stay small. The platform carries the parts we refuse to rebuild for every company, so your time goes to the part that is new. Every fix you make helps the next company.
